St. Patrick's Day is always one of those fun little holidays that I have come to cherish over the years. Any excuse to celebrate or have a party is fine by me :-) My mom always makes a delicious Irish dinner that I look forward to and made St. Patrick's Day sugar cookies for dessert which are always a treat.
